  2. The following five lines are the title "credits"

  4. To access the menus, hold down <Alt> and type an 
  5. underlined character from the words on the blue.  
  6. Then press <Enter>.
  7. Note that Demonstration and Help files are available.
  8. The remainder of the file gives comments on particular scores:
